I got great value for my money at this hotel. The room was clean, comfy and had all the necessary amenities. The location was stunning with beautiful mountain views and it was conveniently close to a mini shopping center. The staff, Neil and Nicky, were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
The menu for breakfast could be improved by ensuring that the table is dusted and things are changed regularly to avoid any silvermoths or other insects being present.

I recently stayed at Kaya La Provence Guest House in Plumstead and although the service from the owner wasn't the best, the hotel itself had some great features. I chose this guest house specifically for a transit stay during my travels and I was pleased to find that it is conveniently located near the Cape Town International Airport. This made it incredibly convenient for me to catch my connecting flight without any hassle. the place itself is truly beautiful, with well-maintained surroundings and a charming ambiance.
I must mention that the hospitality left much to be desired. The welcome I received upon arrival was not very warm, and there were just too many rules.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely suburban hotel. The property was well equipped and spacious, with a chilled out decor. I especially enjoyed the outdoor pond with the giant fish. The location was safe and had a great view of the landscape. The breakfast was amazing, with fresh and delicious food served every day. The hotel was conveniently located near a mini shopping center. The staff, particularly Annaliese, were attentive and always available to help with any questions or concerns.
Nothing could have been better.

I recently stayed at a guest house in Plumstead called Kaya La Provence and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for my needs, with safe parking and an alarm system for added peace of mind. The owner was incredibly friendly and made me feel very welcome. The place was impeccably clean and tidy, and I could tell that the owners take great care of the property. The high-quality interiors and equipment made my stay even more enjoyable. The two bedrooms and two bathrooms were spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for my business trip. I was also pleased to find that the wifi was up and running during load shedding, allowing me to make important calls. I couldn't have asked for more from my stay at Kaya La Provence. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the lack of a door for the en suite of the main bedroom and the occasional smell of smoke near the entrance, these did not deter me from wanting to stay there again. I highly recommend this guest house for anyone visiting Plumstead.
